Thinking of selling your home? Buying one? We have the forms and flexible attorney service options from just the offer to purchase to a flat-fee package from start to finish for only $500/$750. We can also consult as to how to sell your home yourself or with the assistance of an multiple service listing (MLS). Our full service package includes the offer to purchase, review after inspection, negotiations, follow-through on contingencies, etc. all for a low flat fee.
